We are committed to providing a serene and reliable experience for our clients and a respectful, professional environment for our therapists. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Our therapists travel to the studio or block their schedule, expecting to provide you with their full, focused care.

To ensure we can continue to offer this commitment, we have implemented the following policy:

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur any charge.
· Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
· “No-shows” (failing to arrive for your appointment without any notification) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

2. Late Arrival Policy

· We understand that delays happen. Please notify us if you are running late.
· Your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment. The full session price will apply.

Why This Policy is Necessary: This policy is not intended as a penalty, but as a matter of fairness and sustainability. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave our dedicated therapists without work and income they were counting on. As a small business, we are unable to absorb these lost wages. This policy allows us to compensate our therapists fairly for their reserved time and maintain the high quality of our services.

How to Cancel or Reschedule: To avoid charges, please cancel or modify your appointment by calling us at 1 (306)540 2121, using your online booking link, or emailing at nusrathfatimaara@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance.

All charges for late cancellations or no-shows will be processed to the credit card on file from your booking.
